I cannot recommend Legalty enough! Recently, my wife and I purchased a home in Villanova that not only required title insurance but also property legal guidance. The home had a failed septic system, and Legalty provided step-by-step advice on how to connect to the public sewer and how to deal with the EPA, as the connection was near a natural body of water and wildlife.
